Returns, Refunds, Warranties & Exchanges Policy:

All sales are final. This includes any and all merchandise, services or event tickets. 

 

No refunds or store credit will be issued.

 

Warranties if available are strictly through the manufacturer directly and ASW has no involvement in that process. 

We do no accept any Exchanges.

Ticket Policy:

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets may be sold or transferred to a 3rd party with proper notification a minimum 48hrs prior to the event. 

Weather Policy:
ASW operates rain or shine so long as the temperature is above 25. Short of natural disaster events will proceed on the date as planned. Refunds are not issued for rain/weather. Lightning Strikes result in a 30 minute break until safe. 

Deposit & Fee Policy: Unless otherwise noted, all deposits and fees are non refundable.
